It has one elevator per tower, pool for children and adults, gazebo, children’s playground, ample green spaces, and space for a fitness center, among others. Apartments have floor space ranging from 43 m² up to 62 m², living space from 39 m² up to 57 m². All apartments include a bathroom. The 62 m² apartments have space for a study.
