Reserva de San Luis is a project located in Cucuta, on Demetrio Mendoza Avenue – one of the city’s main access roads. Its strategic location offers quick access to important places, such as the Ventura Plaza shopping center, Unicentro Cucuta, Exito and the Bolivar shopping center, among others.

 

This innovative apartment complex with a bioclimatic architectural design will consist of 27 towers in four stages, six stories and four apartments per story, surrounded by ample green spaces, common areas, an elevator, a pool with gazebo, children’s playground, available space for a fitness center and parking spaces for visitors, disabled persons, and motorcycles.

Those with 43 m² will be comprised of two bedrooms and one bathroom. Additionally, Reserva de San Luis will make 8 adapted apartments on the first floor available for handicapped persons.
